Request account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your SurnaCare account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, health data, journal entries, mood and screening history, baby tracker logs, community posts, and all other data tied to your account. This cannot be undone.

Requests are manually verified before processing and completed within 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

You can delete your account instantly from Settings without waiting for review.
